  It’s ridiculous that they didn’t have white rice and steak, and when I asked Tara (I think she’s the manager) if she could share ingredients from the other station, she refused, giving the excuse that the drive-thru was full — but when I walked out, it was empty. I DON’T UNDERSTAND how they neglect a customer over something so trivial. They wanted me to wait until the white rice and steak finished cooking. RIDICULOUS. I don’t understand how that made sense to Tara.

  First time ever visited the store. I was very disappointed in their quality of service and professionalism. 1. One of the female staff literally yelled at the new male worker. 2. They put me the left over of the Barbacoa. 3. No acknowledgement or apologies when I told them you shouldn’t serve the left over. 4.all the staff were like against each other. I guess I visited them at the wrong moment.
