- MBMonique Branscomb4 days ago4.0I am only giving 4 starts because the women, young ladies that work here, work their BUTTS off at this location. The guys that were there had no sense of urgency, one of them picking at his face, the other moving like a sloth. KAMARI was on her break noticed that no one was helping us got up, washed her hands, threw on gloves and got to work. All the while the guy paced back and forth wouldn't even look our way and then decided he would take his break while Kamari sacrificed hers to help us while he just stood around picking and counting the minutes until his break. There was hair looked like long facial hair on the glass near the top where likely to fall in the food. The two chipotles in the area NEED DYER HELP.

- VSVictor SanchezJan 4, 20261.0This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. Multiple items were missing from my order. The kids build-your-own meal was missing corn, apple juice, and chips. The chips and queso order was missing the queso, and there were no forks or napkins included. It honestly makes me question whether anyone checked the order before handing it out. Very disappointing and careless experience overall.
- RSRon SamDec 27, 20251.0Serious food-safety issue at this new location. While my first bowl was being made, fajita vegetables were over-scooped and spilled onto the exposed metal service counter behind the food pans. I then saw those vegetables picked up from the counter and placed onto my rice! I immediately spoke up. The employee stated verbatim, “No, I did not do that. I pushed the spilled veggies unto the floor.” Her coworker was present and witnessed this exchange. Throwing food onto the floor that employees walk on is itself a serious health concern! The employee offered to remake the bowl, and I said yes. During the preparation of the new bowl, I observed that the employee was short and had to lean forward, with her apron and chest contacting the same metal counter. If I had accepted the first bowl, I would have eaten food scooped from an exposed, dirty counter that employees had been leaning on and resting their hands against. This is specific enough that camera footage will clearly show what occurred. Management needs to address food-handling and sanitation practices and employee training. TL:DR I witnessed a few hours ago, an employee use her gloved hand to pick up spilled fajita veggies from the bare metal counter back unto the top of my rice bowl.
- MMMericksterDec 22, 20255.0First time I came here I was disappointed. Gave them another try today and they stepped it up a notch. Fresh chicken, large portions, very great customer service. Keep up the good work and over delivering.
