  The white rice was undercooked and tasted raw.( photos for reference) I couldn’t finish the meal and had to go to another restaurant to eat, which felt like a waste of money. Disappointing for a newly opened place, especially with bad reviews already.

  We stopped in to pick up lunch after seeing the great commercials on TV. Boy, what a disappointment. Upon arrival & getting in line to order, 1st the rice bin was so empty the girl was scraping the bottom & said that's all we have, so I said, okay. Looking down at the beans, the pintos looked good, the other 2 selections looked dried out. Next chicken, sour cream & last Guacamole. My husband ordered his & we noticed how much small the portions are now. Oh well. At check out to our surprise it was $27.60 🤑which we thought was a lot considering the portion size. We'd be okay with it if the portions were like they were before. So we sat down in our car to enjoy our lunch😝 what rice we did get was very salty. The taste & cook on our Burrito Bowl was not worth finishing. Very disappointing & hope they get this store together. Chipotle stores have historically been packed with lines. This place was half empty.

  If a health inspector walked into this establishment today (3/28/26) this location would have been shut down. Owner of this location, feel free to reach out to me. Your employees need to learn cleanliness and sanitation.

  The cooks did a great job, some of the best tasting Chipotle I’ve ever had and all the ingredients were fresh.

  Although the dining area was clean the food prep area was Very Nasty asked management if they could clean it had a very bad attitude did not clean it I left I would never go to that one again This is the second time I went to this location and the food prep area was unkept horribly nasty and at lunch time nobody in line you telling me you can't have time to clean it pitiful!! Take the extra 5 minutes and traffic and go down the street!!!
