Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Service like this is rare in restaurants today, and her professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. She is absolutely an asset to the company, and this visit reminded me why I keep coming back.

I order ahead in the app to pick up and sometimes get my food in a timely manner. However, I have needed to go inside several times to ask about my order because they don't bring it out curbside after I check in. It happens during busy and slower times so I'm not sure of the reason. It has taken more than 20 minutes to get my order on several occasions which has made me rethink ordering if I'm in a hurry.

We were going to order at the drive through and got out of line because the woman taking the order didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. We went inside to order and experienced the same thing.
