  we went thru the drive thru at about 2-230 am. Best customer service i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s. especially during night shift. very sweet people and great food!

  Paid for the order at 10:33 received at 10:50. They made sure to charge me for the extra bbq but not include in the bag. Got the arch meal added a pie they say would take7 minutes, took much longer. Won’t be back to this store.

  Ordered online and waited at the speaker for almost 8 minutes. When the lady finally decided to acknowledge me she was snappy and rude, I’ve dealt with her before I think she is the night shift manager. When I got to the window I waited for another 6 minutes while the employees were inside blasting obscene music and messing around with each other. When she opened the window she tried to give me the wrong order and when I told her that wasn’t my order she slammed the window and walked away. When she came back she snapped her arm out with my bag of food and didn’t say anything. Surprise surprise, got home and the 1 item I ordered was made incorrectly and the bun was burnt on the outside. Absolutely awful staff, will definitely make the drive to a different location next time.

  Big Arch Sandwich ….. What a joke this was. Ordered 2 of these sandwiches today and boy were they overpriced nothing! As soon as we removed the sandwich from the box it fell all apart! It would not stay together at all. We had to use a knife and fork to eat the meat and tossed the bread. I will never order this sandwich again. I actually will never go back unless it’s for the Egg McMuffin as everything else is way too expensive. I could have had a real sit down meal for $22.00 at Cotton Patch. Good Luck McDonalds ……

  I usually don’t write reviews but I’m forced to do it on this particular location. I only visit in the mornings for coffee sometimes oatmeal. The gentleman with the long curly hair that takes the orders is excellent. Always pleasant, ready to take your money and provides great customer service. However that next window where you pick up the food - they never have it together. A line of cars accumulates there. Customer service is horrible. They never know what order belongs to what car. You sit in the line for 5-10 minutes waiting because the orders are not ready. They ask you to pull up to wait for a coffee and then get an attitude with you when you respond with a “NO”. The location of this McDonald is perfect but the staff needs retraining. If something does not change soon I will have to stop visiting this McDonald’s. All I want is coffee!
