  The food is good. However, the attention to basic details is being missed in a big way. Customers have to say their order twice or more and then get up to the window only to find the order is still wrong. Employees could benefit from some training on active listening. It would improve the customer experience and likely save them time by avoiding repeat work. Honestly, a basic order, especially when the restaurant isn’t busy, should not be this difficult. I will be back, but I hope some changes are made.

  Lazy workers the chicken was dry not fresh the worst experience here never going to this location . Gave me bowl full of rice and 5 beans on top horrible .

  I asked for a salad and got a bowl…. This is no where near the order I placed…. Called the restaurant to see what they can do and no one answered. Wasted $13 for a meal I didn’t ask for. On top of that the coupon in the app didn’t even work. Beyond disappointing.

  Walked in, waited, was not greeted.. for SEVERAL minutes. even others who were there before us walked out. The restaurant was not busy.. two cars in the drive-thru and it seemed like everyone in the kitchen cared more about joking around than actually working. Visit was 02/03, around 6:30
