So uncalled for and rude. I also had to ask for a receipt. This is the only location that does this. I will no longer give this location, or company, my business. I've reported bad customer service to the manager, Mary, in the past. She stated she would mail a gift card, which she never did. I will find another coffee company to give my money to.

A customer tried opening the door but he was told no. I talked to the girl at the drive through window about what they wanted me to do. And she was like "I dont know, our system is down". First, I understand things happen. I would've appreciated for someone to say, "I'm sorry ma'am. You can either wait for the system to respond or come back later" instead of I don't know OR not even trying to acknowledge it by locking the front door.
