  Last week I went ordered a small refresher and 10ct mini donuts. Total was $7.70. I was in a rush to work so I trusted the employee who helped me and didn’t question why she was looking at the card reader and pressing things. She sticks it out the window keep in mind she had it where I couldn’t see screen only enough reach to tap my phone. Half way to work my card notified me $9.60 was approved. So once I had time to call customer service because on my app it shows my total was $7.70 they told me it was because my card declined so it over charged me. Never heard of that before. Also keep in mind she didn’t bother asking me if I wanted my receipt so I didn’t have that either. I decided to go in met these 2 wonderful employees who looked over my receipt and saw there was a tip. I explained what happened and they gave me a refund back. I truly do not care about the tip but it’s the matter that the employee gave it to herself. I always tip. I hope she didn’t do this to everyone else in line. That day.

  Donuts were freezing cold and dry. Hash browns were wet like they’ve been sitting in steamer for hours.

  I’ve tried to give this location several chances, I pretty much order the same drink every day, so naturally I assume it will taste the same daily, one day it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be, one day it’s extra strong, then the next day I’m wondering if the espresso has been added. I frequent this location because it’s closer to my job, but I’m reconsidering Dunkin altogether at this point.

  The staff was nice but so new, they gave me the wrong donut and didn't know how to make my chai. They -used- to have good donuts, but they gave up on donuts a few years ago (isn't that in their name?) to focus on coffee. I tried a chai and it was bad. The decor makes it look like their target audience is first graders. I keep wondering when they'll add a play scape.

  Nice and new. Fresh look from the older buildings. Service was okay. Drinks were great. Little to complain about
