My husband and I arrived around 7pm, waited in line for a few minutes, and when we reached the counter to order, the guy said they were out of chicken and it would take 10-15 minutes to be ready. We were okay waiting and went to the back of the line until it was prepared. However, once we returned to the counter to order when the chicken was ready, the guy didn't apologize for the wait or greet us—he said he had to make a ToGo order. I think there should have been another person handling those behind the counter. So now, as he's making my bowl, he decides to add more barbacoa to the bin, and some juice leaks into the queso. I hope no one has a pork allergy. Overall, I could tell no one there was a team player or willing to help their fellow team members. I believe the guy helping us was overwhelmed, and no one came to assist him. They need to ensure they are fully prepared for a dinner rush because they clearly weren't tonight. We were there for about 30 minutes just to get 2 bowls to go.

Genuinely, if you've ever thought about ordering something for pickup, you might as well just go in store and be out quicker. ( And blaming on a rush is insane. I've ordered when there wasn't a rush, and when I got to the store the people in the frount were just talking even after asking for my order SINCE I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE AT THE TIME!!!)

He told the guy he couldn't change it. Management should be embarrassed.
