I absolutely love Carrabba's. The food is excellent and the drinks are amazing, and the bartender Haven is outstanding. She pours a beer with profection and professionally. Her ole fashioned is proper and great taste. I would recommend hanging out at the bar because it's a really chill vibe and great people go there for amazing conversations.

I had the Italian classics and a blackberry sangria. The fettuccine alfredo was a bit dry but the lasagna was packed full of meat and flavor. Carlie M was absolutely the best server we have had in any restaurant. Her kindness and smile were infectious. Will be asking for her section from now on!

Although, this was our first time to the NRH Carrabba's location, we have visited Carrabba's numerous times before. Five stars for the food, but six stars for Carlie! She made us feel like regulars from the moment we sat down. She was so high-energy, friendly, and just genuinely seemed happy to be serving us. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and effortless. If you go, definitely ask for Carlie. She'll take great care of you! We’ll be back for sure!

This review is based on two visits in the last month, as the first time was so bad that I wanted to give it another chance. I have to say that I have been a fan for decades until now. It’s nothing like it used to be, in my opinion and recent experiences. I’ll combine my 2 visits to keep it simple. The one good thing that’s thankfully delicious and consistent is the fried zucchini. It’s perfection. The bread is also. With that being said, I got them free because the server forgot to put in the order and I got my meal before the appetizer. I had the same server both times. He appears, lazy, slow, and seems completely uninterested. My wine came with my meal instead of before hand when I ordered it. The restaurant was not crowded both times I was there, so I don’t know why everything took so incredibly long. They cram all of their customers in one small section (both times). They put me back by the kitchen both times so you hear everything going on which is unfortunate due to the context of the discussions. One was a server asking my server why he goes and disappears and doesn’t help anyone do other stuff. He said he didn’t want to. That confirms the type of guy this is. Then, the manager(?) starts chewing out the same server that was laying into my server. It was a conversation not meant for open area and should have been private. The food: Whoever is doing the main cooking has a problem with the overuse of lemon juice. The shrimp scampi was all lemon, the sauce on the pollo Rosa Maria was all lemon, the aoli was all lemon. It overpowered everything. The chicken had no cheese or anything “stuffed “ in it. It had some cheese that had run out of it and I think I saw a tiny piece of prosciutto. It was just poorly executed. The fettuccine Carraba was the worst I’ve ever had. It was the consistency of baked Mac n cheese with mushy noodles, and thick cheese and not the right consistency of Alfredo sauce at all. It was solid like in a baked Mac and cheese. We had ordered the $10 Alfredo pasta to take home. I wanted to cancel it based on what I just eaten but my husband said let’s just roll with it. So, we took it home. That evening, he took one bite and threw it in the trash. It was not even edible. I always give credit where credit is due and I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews, but this one was super expensive and just so bad, it had to be done.

Every time that I come to this establishment near the North Richland hills Mall, the service is always excellent tonight, especially tonight, which is February 19th around 7:30 p.m. I went and got a very thin African American male with dreadlocks to about his shoulders be my waiter. I believe his name was Roosevelt. He was extremely extremely nice. I didn't even think I was going to get what I was going to get. I had asked for the salmon but unfortunately it has tomatoes and we were both thinking that the tomatoes were Incorporated into the sauce so I said well doubt they'll be able to take that out because it is incorporated and he agreed I said well just give me the wussie. That'll be my second choice and I know that doesn't come with tomatoes. Well I was expecting that to come out and he caught me off guard. He brings me my salmon and I said oh I guess they got to take the tomatoes out of it. He said yes ma'am. They did. He was very kind, very caring. Always had my drinks. If I ran out it wasn't long until I had another one. Very, very nice. I would definitely recommend getting the same waiter for anyone and going to this place as they are always very nice no matter what time of day no matter what service and I am a single person I eat by myself and they still give me fantastic service even though I do eat by myself and this is a very much recurring issue because many restaurants they feel that if you are by yourself that they don't have to give you service and that is not true. Lastly I absolutely love your tiramisu that is the main reason I come.
