She ask me what I wanted to order and as I proceeded to tell her and ask a question about bundles. She said we don't take orders over the phone, it's either online or walk-ins. We like their wings but it is ALWAYS bad service with them. Maybe more or better management would help! Not the first time but because we like the wings we keep going back for the torture. 😤
