  Staff was were very friendly and got my food in a decent time one of the best taco bells I've been to

  It is so ridiculous to have a “rule”, that you can only take one pick up order at a time just because you want to increase your drive thru time, stop inconveniencing your customer because you didnt do a good job during rush. Food is Top Class tho

  This place is a joke. The blonde child at the window was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. I’ve never seen someone’s eyes roll around in their sockets so much. I wish I’d have recorded this. I was the only car and after she was done being rude she shut the window and did nothing. Just stood there. Then two boys started talking to her and laughing. After about ten minutes she opened the window and “handed” me the bag. By handed I mean as violently as she could muster slapped the bag into my hand. I’m not joking. This little girl needs therapy. Immediately. When I get home I realize the food has been tossed into the bag without even being wrapped. Again, not joking. Imagine putting tacos in a bag unwrapped and then shaking the bag, that’s what this order looked like. I then called the store and the boy who answered claimed to be the manager and said there was nothing he could do about it except tell his employees to do better. I was so embarrassed for all of them. It’s shocking that anyone could actually in real life act like that. If you happened to be a parent of a child who works at this location, I feel for you because these kids were the ones no one wants to have to try to parent. Hopefully they were just trying to show off for each other and are not like that every day.

  I placed an order on the mobile app, and when I arrived, they made me get back in line again just because I didn't check in at the microphone near the menu. Instead, I went directly to the window, and it was the same Hispanic guy who served me. It was as if the computer where I was supposed to check in wasn't the same one. It's ridiculous, and when I went to the window for the second time, they were laughing.
