  I went there today for a burger. I noticed the menu has been cut down to only a few items now. I ordered my food and proceeded to wait an hour in the drive thru for one burger and fries. I ask the woman working if they changed management and she said ownership had moved from the father who use to own it to his son which is why much of the menu was eliminated. I will say an hour for a single burger and fries in the drive thru is insane. The new owner obviously does not know what he is doing. I would steer clear of here.

  I went there today and ordered just a burger and some garlic parm fries thinking it was gonna be amazing but when I opened the bag my fries were freaking smushed ugh and they looked nasty but ngl I still ate them but just the presentation was not it y’all.

  The “remodel” was a terrible change. They got rid of a bunch of things on the menu including the brisket fries and junior burger. We used to come here on every trip to Huntsville (we live out of town). We will not be returning unfortunately. Edit: the owners response to one critical review continues to prove why we won’t return. Instead of understanding why a long-time customer is disappointed to lose years of good family memories, they were dismissive and confrontational. I think their response says more about the business than my unimportant opinion.

  Im not sure what happened, new management or something but It is not the same. The burgers are smaller and the new menu is very limited and getting rid of the fried pickles is absolutely criminal they were delicious. I don't know but im so saddened </3 the fries were also salted to AN OBLIVION it was not edible but I lack the courage to tell them I don't like it and ask for a refund snd send the food back

  Great food, but this place is scrapping the bottom when it comes to employees. I ordered two combo meals and the guy didn’t add the fry’s or drink on one of the combos, so I had to pay separately. Paying separately cost me an extra 4 dollars versus getting it added as a combo. When I said something the guy said he didn’t know how to fix it. This place was my crews favorite stop until this happened, so we blacklisted Mr burger off of our eating stops, for the simple fact that nobody likes getting screwed, especially in this economy we already live in.
