The food is also not sauced properly in the steel bowls or cooked to the appropriate time. The boneless wings are usually overcooked and hard to eat, and the sauce is just laid over the wings in the basket. Every time I arrive staff are always playing on their phones uninterested in taking their job seriously. This consistently poor service on all fronts reflects horribly on the store manager, and district manager.

It has been an entire HOUR since I have ordered and they made no email or call to tell me this information to save my husband this long drive there and back for him to get NO FOOD . Disappointing and absolutely unacceptable.
