  Stephanie helped me. Took her forever to get to me because she was on her phone. I’m used to subway workers not showing much interest in their job but she acted like it was a burden to make my sandwich and do her job. Nothing was stocked either and it’s not like they were busy. The sweet tea was barely sweet and the radio was pretty much all static. Bathrooms were semi cleaned and trash needed to be taken out.

  I have been a regular customer at this location for over a year now. Always great food and great service. Today I went in at 10:30 am and ordered 4 12" Italian Herb and Cheese. Before I could tell the lady what meats I was ordering she began to rip the center of my bread out turning a 12" loaf into a hallowed out canoe of crust. When I asked her why she did that she claimed the meat would not fit. After rejecting one of the bread loafs that she had gutted and having her replace it I proceeded to tell her I wanted 4, 5 meat Italian sandwiches, toasted with bell pepper and onion. Then topped with lettuce, tomato and light mayo. The amount of mayo she put on each sandwich was enough for 6 sandwiches. This location has always been a favorite of mine but with the change in staff Subway needs to heavily invest in better training for their employees.

  Got a Philly cheese steak sandwich last night. It was suppose to toasted and everything else hot. It was cold nothing was melted. I will never eat there again

  I went in to order to go. The girl kept asking customers to repeat themselves when they order. Both employees had one earpod in and are struggling to hear the customer. If they had two ears available they might hear the customers better. crappy customer service, she could tell I got mad. Why do i have to work hard because she refuses to do her job right.

  Did 2 separate online orders just so I wouldn't deal with their rude attitude by ordering in store. Ordered a 6" and a 12" sub. Clear instructions on how to prepare, yet they still messed up my order. They were both made 6" subs. I called like 10 times and no one answered the phone so I had to drive 15 minutes back to let them know they messed up my sandwich. The employees and the manager seemed unbothered like they didn't care. Jersey Mike's would NEVER give this type of service or attitude.
