I was in the drive thru in the morning, so it was already pretty busy. I had a simple order, 2 burritos and a smoothie. When pulling up to get my food I was told they were going to make me a different smoothie because they were out of the other one. So they had me pull to the third window. I was there waiting for 15 minutes before I finally pulled up a bit to go inside. When I got inside it was of course hectic but I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get a medium smoothie. This is awful and such a waste of time and money, I should have just asked for a refund at the drive thru.
I finally got a smoothie and they gave me a pie. The total time I was there for was from 9:30am to 10:20am. So a whole whopping 50 minutes waiting on a simple order from the drive thru.

My wife was bringing me food while I was working a long shift. After the lady at the window asked her a bunch of personal questions and told her she was beautiful; she asked why my wife wasnt working and if she had a husband. She said "no, but i'm bringing this food to my wife, whos at work." The lady said "Oh, if I had known I wouldn't have spoken to you", proceeded to close the window, and give her dirty looks before walking away. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, we are used to it in Texas, it doesnt bother us. However, this shouldn't have been asked in the first place. Especially if the answer is going to make your customers scared that you may have done something to their food. We dont typically go to this location because its slower anyways, but the system was down at the other one. At the end of the day its a McDonald's, my expectations arent high, but can't say ive been scared of my food being tampered with at other locations.

Place is dirty. Only gave us half our food. Music so loud it's like a dance club. Workers loud as hell. So disrespectful. Avoid this place as much as possible

The only thing this location has going for its owner is the actual location of the store. The staff is rude, sloppy and unprofessional.
