  First time visiting this location and it will be my last. When you think of Jimmy John's you think of great sandwiches and fast service; neither of which correlate to this location. Both of the sandwiches were made with dry and tough bread. Either the bread was old or this location doesn't have a clue how to make it. Service was slow. Two attendants for five people in line and three at the tables during my visit. Parking is cramped. Easy to pull in but awkward to get out. The drive thru is a bit awkward as well. Since this seems to be the only JJ's in Huntsville, I'll have to forego them. I have been trying to find them for some time and this was NOT worth the wait.

  Pathetic, I spent $11 on a combo and maybe got the same amount of tuna that a slim gets! It didn't even go to the end of the sandwich, I had to thin it out even more! I want to know if the person who made this would be happy if they got this sandwich! Doubt it!

  After being at SHSU for a while, this is the best place to come and eat. They are always ready to take your order and prepare it quickly. I've never been dissatisfied with their work.

  Asked for tuna sandwich and they didnt put provolone cheese or ranch or onions like i asked for only lettuce and tuna 🤦‍♀️ order a brownie and that was expired went back and they couldnt refund it because the “system doesnt allow them to refund”

  Love the workers! Very friendly! Great taste in music, they were playing some of my jams. 10/10 recommend!
