Love HEB with all my heart. It is my preferred grocery store. When I leave the state to visit I always hoard HEB Butter Tortillas! Now, the Huntsville location either needs another store or this one needs some sort of upgrade. Parking is a bit challenging. Still achievable. Patience is key. Another great store. It's just outgrown it's space.

I have to go to H-E-B at one. I’ve been shopping there for over 25 years at the Huntsville location for at Least nine years. So why would their customer service not open till 10 AM ? Walmart and Kroger’s opens at 7 AM on Saturdays . H-E-B keeps going up prices and their customer service keeps Going down ,down, down. specially at the Huntsville location. I will no longer stop there. I will now At Kroger . Well, at least I know I get the best prices and the best customer service

Always fresh product and friendly service. However today there was a piece of metal sticking off one of the meat bins which scrapped my stomach and also tore my shirt. I did report it so we will see if they follow up.

Popped in for some snacks & gas right before closing and even though the HEB cashiers & basket wranglers were ready to go home they were all helpful and nice as pie 😁. Oh yeah, and the prices are still lower than other grocery stores in Texas. Always. Bonus tip: if you agree that ". . . vanilla is the finest of the flavors," Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla is the best you'll ever have.

We came in Sunday afternoon to do some light shopping and as we were checking I was NOT paying attention to what I was doing and ended up dumping out almost a whole container of blueberries right there at the check out line! Jeremy (with the ahhhhmazing dreads) was quick to see my mistake and jumped right in to help clean up MY mess while I ran to go grab another container. He was very polite, did not seem irritated by my clumsiness and picked up every blueberry without a single sigh!
