- SJSara JenkinsJan 2, 20262.0At least the food makes up for the employees actions... came to the Huntsville chipotle restaurant location early this week however.. it was not very pleasant. lets start off with the exterior, parking is terrible and a mess to get out of, right next to a vape store and a specs. and very limited front row parking. interior? The tables were sticky, so were the chairs, very messy condiment station and just overall a mess. employees, the dude on them is insane.. I mean completely uncalled for. I ordered a bowl however its like were rationing for a whole war to just barge right through Huntsville Texas. Very very stingy with those beans and protein aren't yall?? what for, if I'm paying $12-15 for a bowl it better come with that $12-15 toppings. Then I get to pay and I was told to wait.. wait for what.. my recipt took 5 minutes to print apparently but whenever the employee came back from her 5 min break that's what took the cake.

The customer service was great that I’ll give them.

Then the order got cancelled through the app. Reordered the same order and food was old and soggy, guacamole was browning, rice was hardened. It was clear they gave us the same food the ordered that got cancelled, which obviously had been laying around for hours. Very unprofessional and not acceptable.
