    Ordered through uber eats, waited for about 1.5 hours. Then the order got cancelled through the app. Reordered the same order and food was old and soggy, guacamole was browning, rice was hardened. It was clear they gave us the same food the ordered that got cancelled, which obviously had been laying around for hours. Very unprofessional and not acceptable.

    October 2025 in Mississippi was my first time going to a Chipotle. The guy serving me stated “This is your first time? It want be the last time” Well, he was right. I love it!

    The service was terrible, I ask for a manager after waiting for 46 minutes for someone to ask me what I would like from the steam table and after waiting 19 minutes the manager never came up and know one ever got to my order.

    dude with the patchy beard and glasses that works the foodline at night is horrible. its like trying to pull teeth when asking him to do his job. every time he makes the food it’s about half of what any other employee there gives you. can’t even fill the bottom of the bowl with rice and when you ask for more he gets an attitude and gives maybe an extra half scoop. make him do the dishes or something. very unpleasant
