- KGKatie Graham4 days ago3.0This is the dirtiest location I've been to. The floor neededmopping BADLY, especially at the counter area, and it's been sunny here with no rain in this area for a few days now. The counter top where you order was also very dirty with spills, both fresh & old. The young lady at the counter was not friendly. She also needed a lesson in fractions as I ordered a gallon of 50/50 tea, asked her if she could make it a little more sweeter, like 60/40 ratio. I watched her make it...she filled it 90% sweet & then topped it with unsweetened. I was so ready to be out of this location I just took it & ran. Huntsville, y'all need a change in management here and it's greatly reflected in the lack of cleanliness of your store & team members. Thankful I do not live here. Makes me really appreciate my hometown locations.

When she couldn’t hear me, she told me to speak up. I’ve never had a bad experience here at this restaurant until this point. Absolutely 0 customer service.

I went back to exchange the order after talking to the manager and the shift lead was rude and acted like I made a mistake. They remade the order but didn’t give me any sauces or condiments and the attitude was rude and unprofessional. I guess it was not their pleasure this time.
