- JKjoseph knightSep 26, 20251.0Zero stars try to bring an order back they got wrong i told them no sauce and no cheese 3x came with both,!? now the rest of the order is getting cold??? the lady who answer the push of the red buttom partially acknowledges me turns mic off walks away mad ,!? i have to push the button again 3 min later to see if we have any type of agreement or acknowledgment i tell her i need the entire order because the rest is getting cold this order is not for me she says “no but we are making the burrito “ at this point i have not even told her what burrito i had ! at this point i lost my cool and told them ill pass i dont want spit in my food the lady taking order looked so mad i was afraid of retaliation so i left ill never return i threw cold food out except the orange juice wasted $23 sonic got me again hope that 23 dollars was worth permanently losing a regular customer im done
