  Sandra the gm is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. In fact, it seems to be a common theme among the other employees as well. I drove all the way hwre fir the April 7th free frosty and fry promotion and only once I got in line for the drive through did I see a makeshift sign stating it was only from 3-5p. I double checked online through Google and wendys website to confirm it was all day, and even called other locations. I asked to speak to a manager on duty to gain further clarification and was brushed off over and over until they told me to go speak to the gm who is texting on her phone near her car. I asked why it was only that location, was told that it was due to "her boss" and when I asked for her boss name so I could reach out and express my frustrations, she waved me off and WALKED AWAY. Embarrassing wendys - do better

  I stopped by for a quick lunch and paid with a $50 bill, but the cashier said they couldn’t accept it because they didn’t have change. After waiting at the drive-thru, I had to leave without my order. It’s disappointing that a large chain like Wendy's isn’t prepared to handle cash transactions like this. This is a very disappointing experience.
