  This young lady so rude and disrespectful nonchalant to be working in the restaurant business I came there on April 6 place an order through the drive through very clearly on what I wanted on my bowl waited in line 19 mins for the bowl just to get to the light and see that my bowl was made incorrectly. I turned around and went back told HER that my bowl was made incorrectly and explained to HER again on how I wanted my bowl to be just to get home again and to see that my bowl was made wrong AGAIN came back oh we close I can’t help you I can give you a refund that’s about it. She was very shitty towards me when I asked for the manger information practically threw the business card to me and told me have a good night. Customer services goes along way and to be disrespectful and rude to me when I placed my order correctly and you guys messed up not ONCE BUT TWICE is insane to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless dog🤷🏽‍♀️

  First time at the establishment and last I got the Baja wrap and found not 1 but 2 hairs in my food this is foul .

  Loyal customer here!!! I come basically eveymorning and the food here is great the white girl thats here everytime i go always makes my smoothie exactly how i like. It is a bit cold so bring a sweater!

  My experience always great special when Melissa is working and take my order and everything I Oder comes so good no complain . I love going there special because I’m pregnant love the smothies ….

  I usually check reviews before visiting a business, but I’ve never had any problems at any of the tropical cafés. which is why I didn’t check this particular tropical café before visiting. However, my recent experience here was less than satisfactory due to the poor customer service. The cashier who took my order seemed disinterested and had a sour expression, indicating that she didn’t want to be there and was eager to leave. I understand that someone might have a bad day or not want to be at work, but it’s important to remember that the people you’re serving can’t know that. Your job is to provide excellent customer service, and sometimes you’ll encounter difficult customers (I wasn’t one of those difficult customers). Nevertheless, those customers are the ones who pay your salary. I’m not surprised that your café has a 3.7-star rating; this is the reason why. You need to improve your customer service. I will give you guys credit for having a very clean store. my drink was made to my liking.
