  I’ve been wanting to try this place, but I was absolutely disappointed. The food quality isn’t great at all. I ordered a tortilla soup and it literally was only juice. No chicken, no veggies, no nothing. I can say that the customer service was great, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. I’ll give this place a 2/10 😔

  I just have to take a moment to recognize Daniel, the manager at this location , because exceptional customer service like this deserves to be highlighted. I voiced some concerns regarding my online order and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and he did it with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that level of pride in their work and truly prioritizes the customer experience. Because of him, it’s clear this location is being managed with intention and high standards. That kind of leadership makes all the difference. Thank you again, Daniel - your effort did not go unnoticed!

  Rude management. We took our family during an Easter celebration and had to leave without eating after the manager initiated a very odd and inappropriate altercation in front of our young children. We have frequented this location many times since they opened without incident and were happy to do so but never again. It was a terrible experience and caused a lot of disappointment and fear. Free guacamole isn't worth it. Chipotle is right across the street. There is also a terrible smell inside the location I think it's the sewage line.

  Our family of seven stopped at Qdoba to start celebrating Easter early. We have five young daughters, and this was supposed to be a simple, fun family outing. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant. My wife had a valid coupon, rewards, and an advertised deal: buy 3 meals, get 3 bowls free. We’ve eaten here regularly since this location opened—spending around $110 per visit, at least twice a month. We’re not occasional customers. The manager refused to honor the promotion, the coupon, or the rewards—without any reasonable explanation. When we tried to just pay and leave, he escalated the situation further and ultimately refused to serve us at all. Our daughters left in tears. To make things worse, when we tried to keep things civil and wished him a “Happy Easter,” he responded, “It isn’t Easter, it’s Passover.” Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. All of our food was left sitting on the counter as we walked out. We will not be back. Ever. Back to Chipotle—because free guacamole isn’t worth being treated like this. And for what it’s worth, the place smelled like sewage anyway. Absolutely rude management. Unbelievable experience.
