  I don't know what everybody is talking about when they give bad reviews here but I ordered through GrubHub and I enjoyed every bit of my order! I had the personal pizza and boneless wings box and the best gigantic cookie I've ever had in my life. I mean look at my order! Even the sauce on the boneless wings is intact. Keep it simple folks, you will thank me in the long run. Thank you Pizza Hut for getting my order correct and a speedy delivery. The cookie was chewy and warm, my personal pizza was excellent with exactly what I wanted on it, and the buffalo sauce boneless wings was good. My order was stickered sealed, I appreciate that! 🙌🏼♥️

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Harmony at Pizza Hut on Wilson Rd for her excellent customer service this evening! As a busy mom, I was running late picking up my large cheese pizza. When I arrived, Harmony greeted me with a friendly smile and a pleasant attitude. She showed me my pizza and noticed it didn’t look fresh which was completely my fault for being late but she immediately took initiative and had it remade so I could take a fresh pizza home to my children. That level of care and customer service truly stood out and deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much, Harmony, for going above and beyond tonight!

  I went to the Pizza Hut in Summerwood—major disappointment. Decided to place an online order at this one because I truly love Pizza Hut’s pizza, but this one lacked in service tremendously. Although the pizza was decent, I can’t understand how a person walks in, wait 10 minutes, yells hello 3 times to no answer, finally get an answer only for him to look at me from the kitchen and tell me someone will be with me shortly. Waited even longer to get the pizza. Then a girl comes from wherever, don’t apologize or nothing and pretend this behavior is normal. Mind you, I counted at least 4 people in the back that were in my eye view. At the very least someone should be at the front to greet customers. Who is hiring and training these people? Greeting people and providing decent service is a bare minimum. C’mon Pizza Hut.

  The food was very hot and good. The person who took my order need know how to greet people not just say How can I help you! And also need to learn how to say Thank You or Have Good day or your Welcome when someone say thank you. They really need to clean the parking lot because it's very junk and alot of debris in the entire parking lot.

  46 minutes of wait time when call. Lady asked me to "hold on" and I am still on call. The Horrible Customer service.
