  Took about 2 hours to get 1 medium pizza and wings delivered. When I called the store, I kept getting put on hold. I drove all the way to the store after my order was placed at 6:10pm. When I got there I showed the cashier my phone that I was still on hold with them and she gave me a blank look on her face as I watched the phone behind her completely open from the console just feeding into the background noise. I let her know about my 2 hour delay for her to inform me that my order existed but it wasnt there. She claimed that the drivers that pizza hut uses are Doordash drivers, even though I ordered directly through the app? I was very confused along with a bunch of other people who were confused and frustrated in the room. When another guest demanded to speak to a manager about a refund, I also let the MOD know that I wanted a refund as well. She promised to have it done by the end of the night but not right away. I told her that was fine. I get it. I work in the industry. I just want the action/recovery to be justified. So to make things even more interesting, as I'm pulling up back home I see a car pull up. Its the pizza hut driver! In full uniform! I asked if it was true if he was a Doordash driver. He was a kind older gentlemen and said no. He strictly works for the location. At this point, im honestly just tired and confused. He ends up successfully bringing me my pizza but forgets the wings. I kindly tipped him $6 and signed the receipt for it was all that I had. I told him to relay the message to the manager to disregard the refund. He promised to come back with the wings. It took an additional hour later to have it delivered. To end up the night. I paid $42.86 for 1 medium stuff crust pizza and 2, 8-ct. wings. Totaling 3 hours for everything to arrive in separate trips. Would I order from here again? Nope. The unorganized chaos was not handled appropriately at all. Order #:170745689

  30 minutes late with my Pizza delivery on you? I live 4 or 5 miles away from the location. I called the Pizza Hut restaurant. Asking, where was my order person? Answering the phone stated, she was going to call the driver. Put me on, hold tune minutes later. It's back with me that tells me the driver is 5 minutes away. I said the driver showed his E. TA he started driving 20 minutes ago. What's going to happen in my Pizza is not as hot as it should be. She said it should be hot and laughed at me. I said, what if it's not? What are you going to do? She said, don't worry about it. It should be hot and then said, okay, sir, thank you for calling and hung up on me worst service ever

  Amazing pizza and great customer service! I live further from this store but I’d rather go to this location because of how awesome the food and service is!!!

  PH Crew apparently don't know how to read. Ordered a pizza online and when it arrived, it wasn't what I had ordered. I told PH hey, y'all screwed up. The person on the phone said we can credit you. Dude, I don't want a credit, I want the food that I ordered. Insert audible eye-roll by the phone attendant. Eventually, my pizza arrived, as requested. Moral of the story: Don't waste your time, effort, or energy on PH pizza. Buy somewhere else!

  If you have a call-in order, it goes to a call center. You cannot reach anyone at the store you are calling! Complete TRASH. No wonder you’re going bankrupt
