  Never got our order. After 2 hours of waiting, over 30 minutes spent on the phone with a “team member” and being told over and over it was on the way.

  Corie took great care of us. Our order wasn't able to be fulfilled properly but he thought of a swift solution to not dampen our experience. I appreciate that, especially under fire. We will likely drive the extra mile to return here because of him.

  I came here to get some great pizza, and great pizza is exactly what I got. Good ole pepperoni and mushroom, and I was not disappointed. Food was perfect, and the customer service was on par with the food. Kendall handed me my pizza with a smile and it genuinely felt like she wanted to be there. I will go there again. 10/10

  I have eaten there once a week for the past few weeks and I will continue to go back to this location! Kendall took my order promptly and with a smile. Every time she takes my order it comes out perfectly. Will go back on days she’s working!!

  Hi Houston, guess who's in town?! We ordered via Doordash and I’m giving this 4 stars because the pizza itself was excellent, exactly the quality I expect from Pizza Hut. However, I’m deducting a star because the delivery box arrived without a safety seal and was actually gapping open. While the food tasted great and looked untouched, the lack of a tamper evident sticker is a significant quality control issue for delivery orders. I’d love to keep ordering from this location, and I’d feel much more comfortable if the oven-to-box safety protocols were strictly followed. Kudos to the cooks for a great pizza, but the packaging team needs to ensure those boxes stay closed and sealed for the journey. Always remember, when that seal is missing and the boxes are open, the chain of custody is broken. The Seal of Safety... an order should never leave without it.
