  Tim and Shirlene are awesome, we love the pizza here and the people here are great too. All of them are always very kind and helpful! Our favorite Hut.

  Had a bad bad totally bad experience Saturday evening and people and you pizza hut managers how did you guys train your managers I went to drive thru and a gril came to the window her name was Victory that's what her name tag was first of all she was wearing a hat and her hair was hanging without a hair net. 2nd of all she said she was a manager girl I didn't even ask what you was 3rd she was giving the ugliest look even though she was talking soft but her face was really bad. She gave me my orders and I was missing wings, cookies and cheese bread I waved back at her and she gave the look again and my aunty saw her. She came back and said yes I told her I'm missing my items she looked at me and said oh . Well she went to the back and it took her 30 min to bring my items 30 min people 30 min. I drove to the front and went in when I went in she was at the back talking on her phone while cutting the pizza I stood there looking at her and she gave me the look again . Well thanks to the other worker that was taking the dine customers order came up to me which a smile and greated me with her smile she said sorry ma'am for the wait how may I help you she was so nice her name was Sher I believe told her what happened and she went talked to victory and she said yes her staffs have been sitting over there. Sher came up to me saying sorry for what happened and it won't happen again.man..and there is something that 3 of the customers walked out that pizza hut saying that Victory had a bad bad SMELL they were greeted by her and they just walked out cause off her smell. And for me I did smell her to when she came up and try to talk to me she was smelling bad and I noticed customers just walked out when she came up .. I'm sorry Tim and Bella but please train her or please on behave of your customers don't make her work up front with customers she chasing customers away

  We ordered wings from this location. They shorted us a few wings and gave us a mixed up flavor that we did not order. The sauce tasted like mild and lemon pepper mixed. I called so that i can try to get the correct order, but the girl was rude and then hung up and kept picking up and hanging up on me. The "manager" stuck her hands in the food with no gloves and tried to give them back instead of refunding the money. Horrible service...absolutely disgusting behavior.
