  Jalani is the only reason I'm not leaving 2 stars. Checked in on the kiosk and notice there was a military/first responder discount. "An associate will be right with you" the kiosk said. Waited around for at least 15 minutes before Jalani walked up from the bar to see what was going on. He went to tell a manager and after another 10 minutes or so, they still didn't come. He went again and this time the manager couldn't even be bothered to come and apply the discount, they gave him their access card. We eventually got sat down at our lane after an extremely long time (place was very slow). Was expecting a server to come and take our order but no, here comes Jalani from the bar again (mind you, not his job) to take our order. All I can say is that this place doesn't deserve him. Whatever this man can be promoted to, he should be. I've never received customer service this good from someone before. If you all have a employee of the year award, Jalani should definitely be it.

  My kids had a good time overall. Jade and Tiairra both were so super friendly and helpful. The downsides were the reservation systems for activities like gravity ropes and the bathrooms not being clean. Even after making a reservation for the gravity ropes, I still had to find someone and ask them to call an employee to run it, which was frustrating. There’s definitely room for improvement.

  Chris consistently delivers outstanding customer service and brings a great energy to the team at Main Event. He’s friendly, attentive, and always made sure me and my party felt welcomed and taken care of. With handling requests quickly, or just keeping a positive attitude during the time we were here Chris goes above and beyond. His professionalism and work ethic really stand out, and he’s a big part of what makes the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Chris if you get the chance!

  We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Matt, who was an amazing bartender and server, along with Jalani who provided excellent customer service. The happy hour deals were great, and I ordered a frozen mango margarita with a Grand Marnier floater which was delicious. As someone visiting from out of town, I really enjoyed the experience. We were able to play games, which reminded me of Dave & Buster’s back home. Along with Delia who covered the ticket counter assisted us with redeeming prizes after playing a ton of games. It was the perfect place to decompress after a long day. Highly recommend.

The restaurant & bar to right at walkin it took 15 min to be seen at front then 45 minutes to get water the people she sat after us got drink appetizer a plates stacked high before we were even thought abt and it wasn't crowded it looked like one girl was working alone seemed like & when we were waiting at front door it was too many workers bunched together looking at the door huddle up playing laughing at least 7 2 walking else where but I owned a restaurant an I would be downsizing seems like free money to me the waitress computer messed up crashed she put out order in 2 times order came out double 2 many people brought food to our table bill 248.00$they fixed the bill 💸 it was 1 child 3 adults 1 other child that joined another set of guys to have fun so we decided to stay there an eat while waiting because we drove from Jersey Village. We also full 🌝 so we decided to sit on the patio and have a couple of drinks as the other child went to join the other group that her brother met up with. The patio seem to stay dirty we sat there over an hour knowone ever removed the bucket of empty beer bottles in the ice bucket on the table from the group that was there prior to us sitting outside. The guys were inside and got their food also before us an they entered after us plus we sat an ate an they went on the patio, but we also took Abt 2 hours in all to eat talk laugh with one another and 45 min extra get our check then 20 for paper receipt but we had fun as we wait though and enjoyed our selves. I took pictures on the patio I had to edit out the tables full of trash prior these are facts my pictures in Google I do reviews also but I edited the pictures for my Facebook and TIKTOK. But I will post photos on Google maps also if my phone saved a copy of original I'll post also But that atmosphere was crowded but me my daughters and grandchildren had fun playing games we didn't not have a problem with the crowd we expected that it was like the people that work there were out playing an socializing I seen a select few actually working most were standing around in there work close socializing and having fun 😊 instead of serving the public. The ride where your on a hook my daughter wanted to ride someone finally came to that after we stood there trying to figure it out someone came from elsewhere that worked there after standing there from 5-7 mins we were walking off 🥵 bathroom was ok😶
