Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

People don’t have time to come back and correct it, there’s no option to get your refund online either. You order one thing and get another. Pay attention to what your making it’s truly not that hard

The location is super clean and nicer than most whataburger I’ve been to and the food was delicious. It does get pretty busy and did take a minute but they did let me know there was a wait which I appreciated.

It recently opened and is the closest to my place now, so I decided to give it a try. Little did I know it’d take over 30 minutes to get my food and my order ended up being completely wrong. Stay away if you want to avoid disappointment.
- RBRL BookemDec 28, 20253.0So the location is a prime location attached to a new neighborhood adjacent to other tenured neighborhoods. It is attached to a new shopping complex that has one of the greatest HEB grocery stores in the area. I came to the location in the early morning and the person over the intercom was professional, however the dark complexion African American female with the New Orleans accent “Saying What’s up My Boy” wasn’t very professional. I believe she can greet customers in a different way. Being an African American myself I am confident enough to say just because you’re from the hood , does not mean you have to act like it !! Lastly my order was wrong. It was a mobile order, so all needed to be done as to read what was purchased and that was done incorrectly. I am aware mistakes happen, but it is my belief this was careless, and a display of lack of attention to details. I walked inside to retrieve the additional items from my order and no one was there to greet me at the counter. From a safety standpoint, the door is open, the lobby is empty and the staff is oblivious that someone walked in the lobby. Should a person seeking to do harm had walked in, the opportunity would have been there, and the staff would not have taken notice of an intruder until I was way too late.
