  I have not come once and not spent at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Might be the slowest whataburger on earth, but I’m really glad they decided to build yet another one in our area. Profit profit profit, while the plot is totally lost. You’ll be able to drive into town and grab a restaurant quality burger and get back home before you get through the drive thru line at this location.

  I am literally writing this review as i am still in the drive thru line because i just could not let myself forget. The woman taking care of drive thru orders named MELANIE was SO sweet. She managed to make an amazing impression within a minutes time and she even had me genuinely laughing/smiling. Nothing to say about the food we all know what it tastes like can’t really mess up a patty melt, customer service though is 10/10!!!

  My family and I stopped by the Whataburger drive-thru around midnight after coming from the airport. Given how late it was, we didn’t expect the service to be anything special—but Melanie completely proved us wrong. We placed a fairly large order, so there was a bit of a wait, but it honestly didn’t feel long at all because she kept great conversation and had such a positive attitude. It’s rare these days to receive that level of genuine customer service, so it was truly refreshing. Keep up the great work! And as always, the food was delicious and every item in our order was correct.

  All of my food came out cold even though I was supposedly waiting bc fries weren’t ready had to pull all the way around to the front of the place after already pulling up once. how do you not have fries going constantly in the fryer, your a burger and fries place?! So you’re telling me none of the cars that left before me that arrived after me got fries?!? ? I live close to this one and let me tell you I won’t ever come back! Absolute garbage service tonight on 2/19 I ordered at 7:43pm on my receipt and didn’t get my food till 8:05 and like I said it was cold

  I’ve been to this Whataburger on three different occasions. This is the absolute best Whataburger I’ve been to as far as customer service from every associate I’ve had an encounter with. They have provided me with very respectful customer service today specifically. I had an interaction with Melanie, and she has the best attitude. She was placing my order outside with the tablet. She made great recommendations, and she was very patient! My food was very delicious, and I received my order quickly. I will say the wait ahead of me to leave was because people got their food already and took forever to drive off. I’m assuming they could be checking their order, but that is the delay. I experienced it, and it wasn’t because of the associates themselves. It was because of the people who were coming to get the food. We’re taking forever.
