- BBBaddie B6 days ago1.0I went around 2pm(via the drive thru ) today to order a plain potato. I had no idea that they use AI over the intercom 🥴. I reluctantly placed my order, drove to the window. My order was completely WRONG! Thank goodness the guy went over my order with me. PLEASE get rid of the AI crap
- BCBeth CelendrialDec 20, 20251.0Order was wrong in 3 different ways. Ordered a baconator no cheese. We got a regular double which had mustard, mayo, ketchup, pickles lettuce tomato and onion. I got a bunch of stuff that wasn't supposed to be on it and missed the bacon. Then we ordered a double no mustard. It had mustard. And finally the fries were unsalted and cold.
