The location is understaffed, orders take a long time, and most delivery payouts are only $2–$3, which makes the wait unacceptable. On top of that, the sign says dine-in opens around 7 a.m., but the doors are often locked with no notice, forcing drivers to walk back to their cars and wait in the drive-thru. If dine-in isn’t actually open, they need to post a clear sign. This is poor customer service and Wendy’s needs to fix it.
