    I’m honestly fed up with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Y’all have gotten ridiculously cheap with your bowls. After paying almost $2 extra per topping, you’d think you’d actually get some product — but no. The bowls are half-empty now. They used to be full, thick, and actually worth the money. Now it feels like straight-up shrinkflation. Prices go up, portions go down, and customers are just supposed to accept it? We’re literally paying more for less, and it’s obvious. At this point it feels like a scam. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least give premium portions. Do better, because this ain’t it.

    I order from here all the time. This tropical smoothie in particular. Not sure what has changed over the last couple months but this was the third time in a row my smoothie just hasn't been right. Now I always get the bahama mama with açaí and Splenda. It's literally my go to smoothie. What frustrated me was it was completely incorrect. I've had them forget the açaí every now and then but here is my thing if you're not going to put it in there then don't charge me for it. Not to mention instead of getting the Splenda I just got none at all and when one of the workers asked the young lady making my smoothie if she subbed it out she said no and proceeded to hand it to me I just took it and left and told myself there are other locations and to stop trying this one. There are too many problems that stem from not being trained correctly and it shows

    I don’t usually do this, but I have ordered from this location several times and today during my lunch break emphasis on lunch break I use the mobile app to place an order and when I arrived at the location, they let me know that they Did not receive my order, I showed them proof that I placed the order and the young man At the window who seemed to be doing all of the work despite there being a young lady there as well asked her for assistance. She came to the window with an attitude and was no help at all, leaving the young man to handle the situation by himself as well as make the orders that were Just placed after I arrived. The young man. contacted his manager, And his manager advised him to not make my order until the order was received through the system, despite my receipt saying that the order is received and should be ready by 12:30. The young man advised me that I could cancel the order so I pulled away and proceeded to cancel the order, but of the app would not let me cancel due to me requesting an ASAP order. I walked into the store to let him know about the situation. He proceeded to call his manager again. His manager, then advised him to take my name and number down. I did not receive the items that I purchased, nor did I receive a refund. This is an unfortunate and unprofessional situation because I had proof of purchase and I did not receive the items that I purchased nor did I receive my money back. I am not blaming of the young man that assisted me because he was just doing his job, but to not have someone available to assist in person and fix the situation is unacceptable. Here I am back at work without the items that I purchased and no time to go somewhere else because I spent my entire lunch sitting at the window, trying to figure out what was going on. Coming from a manager, . there should always be someone available to fix situations as such.

    Lack of effort and accountability. My smoothie was made incorrectly, I requested a remake until the drive thru attendant was unprofessional. I then requested a refund where the manager gave push back n mistook me for someone else n was very rude. Didn’t give me a remake or refund instead gave me the exact receipt of my purchase. lol what a joke
