- CMCindy Medrano5 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed. I order here a lot so I know the expectations of this restaurant. Never had a problem until tonight I ordered 2 wraps and it came out cold and not even cut. On top of that, the lady who took my order had an attitude, which made the experience even worse. For the price, I expected basic quality food and decent customer service. A cold wrap and poor service show a lack of care. Not sure if they’re over working their employees for them to give this type of service or the employees are just lazy either way I spent to much money for my food to be cold.
- KKKiraeDec 15, 20251.0I visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe located at 8910 FM 1960 today (12/15/25 at 10:56am) and attempted to redeem a T-Mobile promotional coupon that clearly states it is valid through 12/15/25 at 11:59 PM. I presented the coupon directly from my T-Mobile app. Despite this, the manager Wendy refused to honor the promotion, even after I showed her the expiration date on the coupon. No valid explanation was provided as to why it could not be redeemed. This was disappointing and frustrating, especially since the terms were clearly met and the coupon was still valid. If a location does not intend to honor corporate or partner promotions, that should be clearly communicated to customers ahead of time. I hope management or corporate reviews this situation, as this experience reflects poorly on customer service at this location.

I asked if I could get something different instead, and they refused to let me. There was no effort to offer a solution or make things right. I’ve been a loyal Tropical Smoothie customer for months, stopping by several times a week, and the first time I have an issue, it’s handled completely wrong.
