  I’ve been here a couple of times. I haven’t had anything negative say about them until now.I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve been at restaurants who have overcharged my card and claimed to not know how or why. The toasted yolk in Humble has been added to this list. My bill was roughly $31 but I was charged about $37. The waitress was kind but when I mentioned the discrepancy, her and the manager both gave responses that were less than satisfactory. The waitress got defensive stating she doesn’t know what happened or what’s going on or she didn’t have anything to do with it. And the manager blamed my bank for taking a hold on my card and offered for me to see the different card transactions of other customers (I assume to prove there wasn’t a discrepancy on their end). Overall , there was no resolution or compensation. Considering this has happened to me before at a completely different restaurant, and the excuses and attempt to “resolve” the issue were basically identical. I don’t appreciate charging me more even if it’s $1! I even tipped more than the basic requirement. I will not be back.

  After waiting more than 10 minutes with no one coming to take our order, we decided to leave. The host who seated us checked on several other tables but never stopped by ours. We ended up going to First Watch instead and had a much better experience with friendly, attentive staff. Disappointing visit.

  Had breakfast with my sons at this location and I must say for it to be a busy location we were greeted by the friendly staff and only had a short waiting period. Our server Maria G. was awesome and made sure we were comfortable and our food was great. I had the strawberry mimosa and they were good. Definitely will be returning…

  The food was okay, I did not like the grits I asked for cheesy grits and instead of using regular cheddar cheese I don't know what kind of cheese. Other than that everything was okay, it bit busy for my liking as I like a little bit more laid back restaurants. I would go again maybe on a different day on a different time when it's not so busy just to give it another try.

  I have been to this location many times I've never experienced what I experienced today. We went in we were seated and then we sat there and sat there and sat there and sat there some more. Three girls were leaning on the wall near the back exit door. Two girls leaning on the wall the opposite corner. After numerous people walked past us again and again we got up to leave. As doing so there were three groups of customers at the front waiting to be seated with no one there to assist them. As we went to our car two of those three groups exited and left as well. No service or acknowledgement was given and the worst part was y'all were not even busy, more than half of your tables were empty. Really no excuse I've been there when you've been way more busy and I've never experienced the lack of service that I did today. It takes a long time for me to get up and walk out of somewhere and have to be completely ignored with horrible customer service.
