Walked in and it smelled divine. I love when you walk into an establishment and it smells like food. The kisok to order food was a little difficult to order because of the different menus. It's crowded. I got the oxtails with a side of plantins and a salmon salad. The wait time was to long for my food not to be made fresh. I waited up to 20 min for my food. Once I got my food everything was segregated in bowls. So I had to prep my own plate when I arrived to my destination. The salad bowl is shaped like a ball and I actually cut myself opening it. It's a hardend plastic and it shattered when I got it open. As far as flavor, the oxtails take the home run on this one. They were so tender and seasoned to perfection. The rice wasn't mushy and was also seasoned. I will go back here in the future to give it another shot and possibly update this review. We will see.
The food, service, and vibes were absolutely out of this world! I enjoyed every dish I tried.Everything was flavorful, fresh and my taste buds were happy!
We got the jerk chicken flatbread, fried fish, greens, jerk roll, shrimp rasta pasta, and suzie wrap! I already can’t wait to get back here again!

We finally tried this place and it did NOT disappoint! We ordered pickup and ate at home, and everything was still hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The food was packed really well, which made a big difference.
When I went inside to pick up the order, I got to meet the owners, and they were so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The restaurant itself was super clean, bright, and inviting. There was good music playing and TVs on, so it definitely looks like a great spot to dine in too.
The menu has lots of options (We ordered on the website, but there’s an app too.), which was perfect for our family, and everyone loved the food. Since this was our first time, we ordered several different dishes: oxtails, jerk wings, jerk chicken, fish, jerk rolls, greens, coconut rice, basmati rice, chickpeas, vegetables, Coco bread, lo mein, and plantains. With this huge variety, you’d think there’d be something we didn’t care for but that wasn’t the case. Even our toddler loved the food. Between the amazing service, great vibes, and delicious food, this place made an awesome first impression. We’ll definitely be back (and next time we’re eating there!). Highly recommend!

I want to start off by saying, if you haven’t visited this place yet, get there!! This Caribbean Cuisine food was in full effect. Today was my first, but certainly not my last visit here. Honeyyyy, they did not disappoint!! I didn’t know quite what to expect, but they went far and beyond my expectations. I ordered the Susie’s Wrap which consist of (Chickpea bread with sautéed chickpeas, cilantro, green onion, and a homestyle tamarind sauce). It was so flavorful, filling and delicious, so much that I ordered the bread and chickpeas separately so that I can make this wrap at home. The facility was very clean, The staff was nice, helpful, and served with a smile. Afterwards, I had a chance to meet and chat with Chef Susie (The Owner), who came out to greet us. She strike me as a people person, very down to earth, and kind. They are located at 5324 Atascocita Road Suite K, Humble, TX. Check them out!!

I had the patty and the Suzie Wrap from Suzy Fusion Cuisine, and listen… my friend is from the islands, so I’ve been eating Caribbean food for years. I can honestly say this is the best damn patty I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, full of flavor and just done right.
The Suzie Wrap was also delicious. Fresh, filling, and packed with flavor. You can taste the care and authenticity in every bite.
Highly recommend. None of my food made it home!
