- MKMia KAug 31, 20251.0I have been going here for years and this one worker (Hispanic woman) has been nothing but rude and incompetent every time. I think her name might be Maria. She can barely read and speak English so the sandwiches are rarely right when ordered via app. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location or at least order in person to confirm that nothing is messed up, but be prepared to deal with attitude or bad moods. I usually just let it go since it's "just a sandwich" but it's been getting worse. There was also another Hispanic woman who appeared to be drunk while at work. Her face was flushed and she kept loudly singing.

The lady was extremely rude to both my son and I. She didn’t label our sandwiches but suggested i needed to do it. She threw our sandwiches in the bag all half opened. Customers behind me tried asking for lettuce as well and was told no.
