  My husband and I have been to the New Caney Saltgrass multiple times. Every time we go, the service is horrible, our food is messed up everytime. Tonight we decided to try our luck at the Saltgrass in Humble! It was the best decision for dinner. Our server, Aaron L was extremely friendly, very helpful, very attentive! We had a good conversation with him moving here from Florida which my husband and I both lived in Florida. We will definitely be back to see Aaron! Thank you so much Sawgrass in Humble for reigniting our faith in this restaurant chain . If I could give 10 stars I would for our service!

  🌟 Delicious Lunch at Saltgrass on Richey Road! 🌟 Stopped by Saltgrass on Richey Road for lunch and was absolutely impressed! I ordered from the appetizer menu and went with the 4 Range Rattlers — jumbo jalapeños stuffed with shrimp, jack cheese, cilantro, and served with ranch dressing. They were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick and flavor. Every bite was a delight! To round out the meal, I added a side of Brussels sprouts, and oh my — they were cooked to absolute perfection. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned beautifully. Our server Jordan was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location for another delicious lunch!

  This is my second time eating at a Saltgrass Steak House. First time, I had a cowboy ribeye and was delicious. This time I opted for the 12oz ribeye medium rare...big disappointment. If you're going here, do not get this thin piece of so-called steak, not worth it. Obviously you can't cook a thin steak medium rare so this was more like well done. The menu should say thin cut as I was expecting a normal size ribeye. My wife had the 6oz filet and that came out as expected, decent thickness, medium rare and tender. Everything else we had was fine but left unsatisfied. Our waitress, Cierra, was awesome and consistently checked up on us! Will I go back a third time...not sure yet... 🤔

  Gonna make this short and sweet 😁, the service was amazing, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was also really nice. Restrooms were super clean and the manager also came to check on us after we were done eating . Now for the food, one of the best meals I’ve had in years not days weeks or months but years. Everything came out hot and fresh didn’t have to send anything back because it was barely warm or made incorrectly. The waitress was very helpful in letting me know about medium plus which was perfect. Medium rare is to rare and if you ask for medium well most the time it’s well done and dry. The potato soup was among the best I’ve had, t bone was made to perfection and the macaroni is the best I’ve had at any steakhouse. My wife got ribs and fried shrimp which we also highly recommend. Lastly the range rattlers are a definite must have. And I just want to let it be know again the service was great, will definitely be going back to this location which is 30 minutes away, when I have 2 locations 15 minutes from my house but have had bad experiences at both those locations. Humble location should be the standard for all Saltgrass restaurants and for any restaurant. Perfect example of a true dining experience, thank y’all so much.
