  First time visit. The First Lady that helped us was extremely rude me; and for that, I will never be back. There are way too many places to eat around here to be treated this way. When you want to stand out, you have to be better! Also, I do not drink soda so I get tea when I pay for a drink. The tea was out. I told the team member at the register and it never came out. After asking again, they finally started to brew tea. I was finished eating by the time it was finished. When I went to get the tea, it poured out only thick white sugary syrup. So I mentioned to the cashier that the tea needed attention. I waited for another 5 mins and no one came out and just left. So I paid for a drink I never got. There is not much seating either. Overall very poor experience for a first time visit.

  Me and my boyfriend decided to visit this establishment on 11-20-2025, While it was our 1st time here we will not be returning. The short haired lady who was doing our portion sizes was extremely unwelcoming! she was staring at me and my boyfriend like we were crazy while ordering, didn't welcome us either just stared at us while putting her gloves on. while we enjoyed the food the service was enough to not make us return, the manager was sweet and checked up on us during our meal so that's why this review isn't 1 star. plus this place JUST opened not too long ago, how are you already miserable at ur job?

  Most average Qdoba in any state. Such, stale, overwarmed, poor quality food that its mind numbing difficult to understand why they killed one of the best Five Guys to put thioverworked, Sad. I walked up and was the second person in line and six employees (all 12 years old), did everything they could to not look at me. They talked. They turned around. SIX of them. All moving, doing, talking, looking at everything but a customer at the counter.

  Like clockwork, the serving size of the protein decreased significantly from their grand opening. 1st visit I was very pleased with the serving size, my second visit was what I expected out of these places; a minimal serving of protein and if you make any requests to get a reasonable serving they’ll charge you extra. Funny, their serving spoons are so small. 1st visit was 2 full heaping scoops of chicken, 2nd visit was a barely 1 full scoop. The serving of quac was also a disappointment, not even a full scoop. People are getting tired of these types of places skimming out on all proteins, especially a place like this that charging more than Chipotle and Uberrito. We aren’t paying over 12$ for just rice and vegetables. And the queso and quac are not “free” which they are trained to tell you, you’re paying for it. Too bad I had high hopes.   Ordered online, first time ever even trying this place(new location by the house). The biggest complaint is that I ordered a queso Birria burrito and there was no queso in it and literally a string of meat… I opened it thinking there was more maybe at the bottom. Nope… this was like when you order something and they accidentally drop a piece of something else into it, that’s how little the amount of meat was inside… it was just beans rice and pico in a tortilla for $14.. also ordered a regular chips and queso, (which I also used the queso on my burrito-the chips and queso was SUPER good!) it seemed they basically grabbed a handful of chips and tossed them in the bag. I did try to notify the issue on the app but no response.
