- MEMs. ElleNov 5, 20251.0No stars if I could I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. My order was completely wrong and the service was disappointing. I ordered mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce, Cajun fries but received plain fries with a container of lemon pepper and other seasonings I don’t even eat. If you’re out of Cajun seasoning, at least notify customers instead of still taking the order. To make things worse, the wings were undercooked. When I asked for a refund, I was told the manager had to call the regional manager for approval and would call me back I’m still waiting on that call. Very poor service and management. They’re quick to take your money but make it difficult to get a refund. Think twice before ordering here definitely not worth the time or money.
