  Yum! No complaints. Initially ordered for delivery. Called it in and asked if I could just pick it up instead. No problem! Pizza was so good!

  Places order 2hrs and 45 minutes online and it still not here never will I order from here again...It took them 2 minutes to take it out my account SMH Poor Service

  Wow how do I start, well I have the app that I use usually no problems and I always get the order that I order on the app. I have been ordering for about 5 years now from this location. And I would say most of the time it is pretty good for delivery pizza. But the last few times I have been disappointed, but this time I'm disappointed to the point where I'm writing of review which I never do. The good part, pizza arrived in a relatively timely manner, the order was correct, and the pizza looked relatively good. The bad part. They are now using Uber eats to deliver and because of this they are not using insulated bags anymore, do not expect your pizza to be hot. It will be lukewarm guaranteed because it's sitting in the backseat of Billy Jim Bob's car. Secondly if you order one of their so-called specials like the minimum two for $6.99, and you are assuming you are getting an order of wings which has eight wings in it this is far from the truth, you get six wings. The wings were tasty but they were lukewarm. Because of Uber eats. Your food will never be hot unless they start using the heated bags that they used to use when they were using dedicated delivery drivers. I also noticed the price of delivery has gone through the roof, and they are now expecting even more of a tip. So order a pizza, wings, and a cookie, and expect to pay $40 plus tip. I just hate bait and switch with a silly wing thing, and it is just four wings but it's the principle of it. You don't save any money by getting the special then if you were to order the original size it's the same price per wing. What can I say, I am disillusioned and disappointed and I don't know if I will be ordering again. I had an issue a long time ago and I did talk to corporate and they were going to make it right which they never did. So as far as Jimmy John's goes I think I'm done.
