I ordered table service and after 20 minutes of waiting I go to check on our food and it was sitting at the pickup counter. So we have cold food and water downed drinks. Ridiculous!!

- FJFaith JohnsonNov 20, 20252.0Well, I am leaving this review because it took me exactly 24 minutes to get an iced tea that was ordered off of the app. Wow I was shopping next-door at Aldi placed the order off the app by the time I completed my shopping went to the McDonald’s and still waited and waited and waited. Finally, I had to ask for my order twice to get the ice tea. The lady said I made it earlier. I guess someone must’ve taken it already OK but I had already showed up and asked for the iced tea initially when I got there it seems like every time I order through the app. It takes way longer to get my order than if I would’ve just waited in the drive-through line which to me is completely ridiculous considering I am only ordering a large drink. There is not even any food involved in order to complete my order and have it ready and waiting when I arrive or even if I do the curbside pick up, everybody runs through the drive-through before I am even served my drink. I am still waiting McDonald’s really needs to step up their game and increase their turnaround time when ordering through their app and /or curbside pick up it seems to me they are prioritizing the drive through line, but they are not prioritizing their orders that are being placed through their app. it’s very frustrating as a customer.
