I made my order and paid for it received my items it was completely wrong I told them what I ordered and they stated I would have to get in the line again to reorder because their register “didn’t work” at the second window. Why would I have to wait in a line wrapped around the building for y’all mistake? Make it make sense. Then when I asked for a refund they stated for me to pull to the side which I did not do because again make it make sense? Whole crew need to be replaced including the manager.

- JCJulia ChristianNov 17, 20251.0I walked into this McDonald’s in the afternoon around 2 PM to order a fresh coffee. The young man who helped me said it would take about 3 minutes. I had no problem waiting. However, after more than 7 minutes, multiple crew members came by asking if I had been helped. I told each of them, “Yes, he’s making coffee for me.” One of the ladies even checked in the back and said again, “Yes, he’s making it.” When I finally received my coffee and got to my car, it was old — definitely not fresh. It felt like the employee wasted my time while pretending to make a new pot. I’ve seen the owner of this establishment before, and I truly hope she hires staff who take pride in their work. This was disappointing, especially for something as simple as fresh coffee.
