  Two times in a row now I have ordered two big macs and there has been no meat on them AT ALL. Last I knew bigmacs COME WITH MEAT. I also ordered two 10 piece mcnuggets and did not receive a single one.

  Today, the drive thru was empty and I pulled up to the speaker one person spoke and I said I was picking up two mobile orders. They usually ask for the codes but didn’t this time. Another car pulled up in the other lane and someone came to the speaker and took their order. I pulled up to the window and told the lady at the drive thru I’m picking up two mobile orders. She says “next time you wait” and I replied no I will not wait while no one takes my order and the car after me is already being helped. That was very rude of her and I should have been helped first because I was there first. They do this often and I’m not sure why but it’ll be my last visit.

  Night staff tonight unprofessional, an extremely long line due to the holiday that was wrapped around the building that I was ok with sitting in. I made my order and paid for it received my items it was completely wrong I told them what I ordered and they stated I would have to get in the line again to reorder because their register “didn’t work” at the second window. Why would I have to wait in a line wrapped around the building for y’all mistake? Make it make sense. Then when I asked for a refund they stated for me to pull to the side which I did not do because again make it make sense? Whole crew need to be replaced including the manager.

  The young gentleman named Messiah who took our order , we came at a very chaotic lunch time and was just very respectful and polite young man 🎄
