    Drive thru worker "Carina(?)" Was very rude and lied about someone having already picked up our door dash order twice before just refusing to talk to us anymore. After we pulled away to call support she proceeded to yell at the next person in line through the window because they were honking because she refused to speak through the intercom for the next few orders as long as we were in the parking lot.

    First off, props to the staff for being OPEN at night since the Spring locations hate working. I also couldn't order a side of Mac sauce off the app and they had no problem getting that for us. The gal who took our order sounded tired not rude. Its late at night and the lines were long (probably because the other locations "systems were down") so I totally get it. She was VERY nice regardless. 😊

    This is the most disrespectful McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time I come to this McDonalds I never get all my change so today i decided to go inside and talk to the manager about my correct change and he made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal bc it was just 40 cents my order was 13.40 and i gave the girl 20 dollars and 50 cents so so my correct change was supposed to be 7 dollars and 10 cents but instead she gave me 6.80 back so when i spoke to the manager about he didn’t care because it was just a couple of cents as if the manager teaches them to steal the customers change i would recommend anybody coming to this McDonalds

    Typical McDonald's. We ordered milk for our child as a drink, and to their credit, the associate actually checked the expiration date on the kid before handing it to me and it had expired, so she got a fresh one for us. Thanks!
