When it was my turn to order, the employee never announced that she was ready to take my order. After waiting, I politely asked, “Hey, is someone there?” Her response? “What are you going to order or not?” Completely stunned, I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t believe what I just heard. She said the exact same thing again “What are you going to order or not?” with the same rude attitude. I asked to speak to a manager because this was wildly disrespectful. She then claimed she was the manager. I explained that her tone and behavior were unprofessional and that I would be reporting the way she was treating customers. Her response was, “Do whatever you want.” Absolutely unacceptable. If this person truly is a manager, that makes this experience even worse. There was no courtesy, no customer service, and no accountability. I’ve never been spoken to this way at a drive-thru in my life. McDonald’s should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their brand because this location is doing a terrible job of it. I will not be returning.
