No offense but the black dude y'all have on overnight is extremely lazy and argumentative for no reason. Won't even wear gloves and acts like he's the only one working the shift.

Places that plays games with people’s food and thinks it’s funny can’t be trusted. Drove back to let the manager know about the situation. His response was rolling his eyes. Never going there again. Too many childish workers and the manager is too old to be rolling his eyes like a teenager.

Very upset tonight! Every time I come to this McDonald's there's always something wrong with my food! Tonight was the worst the food was wrong but the change was even worse I got shorted $50 on top of food being wrong and not fresh the poor person couldn't even make a hot fudge sundae! They did try to correct the problem and remake my food and give me the correct change but the food was still wrong so was the hot fudge sundae and still was short a five-dollar bill smh never going back!!!

Ngl this place sucks man, its the third time in arrow where they forget simple ingredients that is literally on the name, bacon bro they cant put those 3 singles pieces of bacon 💀have to go back to see them just put it on top of the burger every single time ig its just a crappy McDonald’s in the middle of humble right next to 59, its nice inside tho just hate that its been way too many times with different orders bro

I use the mobile app to order my food like. I always do when I get there. He says my order isn't there. I verify the address with him. He said that sometimes their system makes a mistake and that I have to reorder my food even though they had already charged my card. And took my reward points away from me. I had to reorder with money for the item that I paid for reward points because I don't have any more reward points because I had used them to redeem the item, and then he tells me that I'm going to get reimbursed for my reward points and the money that I spent on the food. But I have no guarantee that he is going to reimburse me. My money or that they didn't give my food to someone else. And accuse me of stealing When they stole my money from me.
This must be some new management.The old manager would have never done this.He would have just gave me something and apologized.I've been going to this place for fifteen years, almost every day on my lunch break don't order from this place. They will steal from you and blame you for it.
There is another McDonald's right down. The street a big happy Thanksgiving eve to me. I get screwed. I can't believe the guy sat there and argued with me about how it was. My problem.
And that if I wanted my food, I had to order it again. That's just crazy.
