    We were ordering in the drive thru this morning line2. I was trying to get my kids order and order at the same time. She repeated my order back to me I told her it was wrong. And I kept repeating myself but was getting louder. She said you’re not going to be screaming at me. I said I’m sorry but you’re wrong. Then she’s like what else? What else? I said ma’am. I’m trying to get my order. She said I have people waiting you need to hurry up. We got home our order was wrong. SMH if she can’t handle the window she shouldn’t be working window.

    The whole reason why I ordered from McDonald's was to get the Monopoly. I specifically went through the app and chose which items would give me the best amount of pieces I then when I receive my food I am not given any of the Monopoly pieces. Then when I try to call the restaurant it just rings and rings. The whole reason why I ordered it was to get the Monopoly pieces. I need to know am I going to get some type of reimbursement for those missing pieces via digital or bonus plays? But nonetheless, it should have been stated that I would not be receiving anything even though I paid for those specific items just to receive those Monopoly pieces. McDonald's y'all need to do something about this now !! Makes me not want to get anything at all from now on ever again from there.
