  I usually just go for coffee but I got some chicken McNuggets today and it was really good The coffee is always great.

  My first visit to this McDonald's, as a new resident of Humble. Good to see this one has table service also, a rarity in Houston where I moved from.

  2-2-2026 2:10AM I ordered a full meal early this morning and there was a dark skinned male at the window i was waiting for my food when i received it i was told i cant have any sauce for my food unless i pay 40 cents per sauce never in my life had i had to pay for sauce when I purchase a meal this mcdonalds is letting its self go and needs better customer service the man didnt even smile say thank you anything and was slamming the window when hes the face of the McDonalds knowing thats its the drive through at night time only the manager and their night shift need to do better as a team/shift

  It's clear to me that this location has gone way downhill recently in an effort to cut corners and reduce costs. In the same visit I had a cup that was packed to the brim with ice so that it only contained a few sips of soda, soda carbonation was flat, burger patty was literally in broken pieces, bun was hard as a rock stale, and drive thru attendant declined to give me ketchup even when asked. The other McDonalds on 1960 near Kenswick is consistent and better quality. Advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.

  They are short staff, the managers are working with people that just stand around.
