I moved to the Reserved parking and waited over 10 minutes, until I called the restaurant and asked to bring the coffee because I was outside waiting for a long time, someone answered and said the coffee is coming and hang up, it never came. I called again the restaurant and asked for the manager, a guy said he was the manager Geffray and said how do I want my coffee, I told him to check the pending list for customers waiting for a coffee outside, then minutes later a girl came out and tried to give me a hot coffee on the passenger side when I am the only one in the car, I told her to bring the coffee on the driver side. She walked back into to the restaurant with the coffee. I decided to go inside the restaurant and ask for the manager to get my money back for the coffee, her name is Jasmine. She said that there are few manager onsite at the restaurant - really!. Even with few managers onsite a customer outside is not able to get a simple coffee. The customer satisfaction in this case is horrible. How a simple order turned bad when nobody pays attention to keep a customer happy to order at this place. It surprise me that employees at this company keep asking for salary raise and the food prices keep rising, but not paying attention to their customers.
