Main Event, please hold on to them! You have great staff, they are absolutely fantastic!

Our server, Chris, was absolutely outstanding and truly one of a kind. From start to finish, he delivered the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. He was fantastic with the kids and had us adults laughing the entire time. I honestly can’t remember the last time a server felt so genuinely involved and made us feel like family. We will definitely be returning for another great family experience, and we will absolutely be requesting Chris again. Professional, attentive, and beyond satisfying service.

We were impressed by how nice everyone we talked to was we bought the kids game cards then went to sit in dinning and this is where our experience exceed our expectations! We waited by the host stand and were seated within a minute of us walking up. Our server Sabrina was one in a Billion. She greeted us before we even sat down let us know she had a few tables and was in the middle of bringing one of them their checks and that she would be back when we settled in to take our order. When she came back she was attentive, kind, respectful, and such a funny and genuine person she took her time with us even tho she looked very busy. She’s the kind of waitress you can tell cares about the customers rather than making a tip. By the end of our visit we had no dirty dishes on our table and our belly’s were full. The kids had a great time they said the games were super fun and they won a lot of gifts from the toy area. So I definitely feel it was a bang for our buck. Will be coming back sooner than later!
