  They are delicious, the flavor is better than any other brand’s donuts. There should definitely be more locations!

  Drive thru was quick service. Donuts were fresh and delicious and the attendant was friendly, but I found it inconvenient that she could not add my 2 creams & 2 sugars to the coffee for me. She was still friendly & polite, but said that was not a service that they offer. In my experience other drive-thru establishments do offer that courtesy, therefore 4 stars.

  8460 fm1960 - Terrible experience. female drive thru cashier was very rude & unprofessional. She should not be working drive thru. No basic customer service was offered not a smile not a hello not a have a good day just her being rude on her cell phone the whole interaction. I’m a supervisor and would never let someone like her represent my drive thru or work customer service period. 8:42 am 2/14/26. She told me they didnt have enough valentines donuts to complete my order. I told her give me 2 sprinkle donuts. She is on her cell phone the whole time. the donuts she gave me looks like they were dropped on the floor. No way I can give that as a gift to someone. I walk in to ask for a refund what looked like hundreds of valentines donuts filled to the max with donuts. So why did she lie? She should not be on her cell phone while helping a customer. I was very annoyed and frustrated that she would lie telling me theres not enough to complete my order and I walk inside and see hundreds of valentines donuts and the donuts she gave me looks like she dropped the box they looked terrible. Do not recommend this place at all. Manager didn’t even offer to replace or apologize or anything. Zero stars. Host reciept says Kylen but she didnt look like a Kylen.

  I always come here because of my kids, they love the donuts and I have never had a bad experience up until now. I went thru the drive thru and told them I wanted 2 assorted dozens since the second would $2. When I got to the window she charged me for 1 dozen and 1 half a dozen and I told her no I wanted 2 dozens for that promo you guys are having where the second dozen would be $2, she rolled her dam eyes at me! Like miss ma’am…. I get it we all have our bad days, we all hate mornings but that is no reason to be rude at all! After I paid she gave me my receipt and I forgot I was getting a penny back and it fell to the floor, I said “I’m sorry it’s okay don’t worry about it” and she rolled her eyes again!!!!! I’m honestly so disappointed.

  We had a wonderful experience a doughnut were fresh and we received amazing service with a great smile from a young lady named Marisol ànd Caitlin also did a great job we never have been inside a Krispy Kreme always ordered to go or through the drive-through, but truly the experience was worth going inside the place was spotless and there were many hats for children to take as souvenirs. The location was spotless and the donuts were amazing. Great customer service a true example of a well run business service with a smile and great donuts thank you so much.
