- LILouisiana Insurance4 days ago1.0I ordered a dozen kreme filled donuts through Uber eats. The receipt had the correct order, however when we received the order it was incorrect. When I contacted the store, the initial person said she had to get the manager. The "manager" said very loudly in the background, "girl why did you answer the phone don't be answering the phone at night," then got on the phone. The only option given was for us to get in the car(I cannot see to drive at night) and bring it back (in an unfamiliar town) in less than an hour...and was told it was because there were new people. We were not even offered the opportunity to go tomorrow and make the exchange. Unfortunately for us, we are stuck with the wrong order, but we will definitely not be ordering from this location when traveling through again.
