- LAL AJun 18, 20241.0I actually planned on writing a good review tonight after planning to receive my expected order but the service I received tonight was unacceptable. I placed an order on Grubhub around 730pm. The grubhub app clearly states that the restaurant has their own drivers and doesn’t use grubhub’s. I knew this because I had recently ordered twice from them. The expected delivery was 30-45 minutes. 9pm came and I called to check on my order. The guy that answered said no one from grubhub came to pick it up yet. I had to tell him that they don’t use grubhub drivers. He had to put me on hold to confirm this smh. He said they will send the order out shortly. 955pm came (5 minutes before closing) and I received an email stating that my order was cancelled due to them being busier than normal. I called and was immediately hung up on. I called again in case it was an accident. Someone picked up and held the phone and didn’t say anything. It’s now 10pm and I wasted hours waiting around for them when I could’ve been getting something else! I will NEVER order from them again
