  Was about to start shift came in to get a sandwich, because I have not eaten all day was told they’re closed, even though I still came in before they closed for the day. What’s the point of saying you close at a certain time if you come in before that time and still can’t get food.

  The service was slow 2 people working and they were taking one order at a time making it then taking the heft order . Not the typical jimmy johns service you get at other storex

  Excellent food and can easily accommodate in regards to no bread options, unwich....is fabulous! Fresh veggies and don't get me started on their delicious pickles. This is the better choice than the obvious sandwich shops.

  Imagine you just finished working a 12 hour shift, it's 8pm, and you want Jimmy Johns for dinner. I placed orders totaling over 40 dollars in the app and started my 45 minute drive towards this Jimmy Johns on the way home. My app says my food is ready for pickup halfway through my drive. I get to the door at 9:05, five minutes after closing, hoping to just pick up my order and head home for dinner. An employee comes out to tell me that management tossed the food, refunded my order, and there's nothing they can do about it. Now I've worked at fast food and fine dining half of my life and even graduated with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. NEVER in my life would I ever do what this establishment just did. Especially that close to closing time. We all know there's cleaning and restocking to do before going home. I've come here a dozen times, and the food is always fresh and consistent, that's why I'm still giving them 3 stars. It's unfortunate, but I will drive longer up the road to a different location from now on. I truly do hope the owners have some sort of leeway for orders completed prior to closing. At least 15 minutes. Thank you for serving me the past couple years.

  I was greeted as soon as I walked in which made it pleasant. My first time in this deli and, was impressed by their professionalism etc. I initially went to WALMART for salad but, it was blocked off and closed. That's how I ended up at Jimmy John's. My Spicy Italian combo was great.
