I ordered a lobster tail and 5lbs of shrimp and got 5 lbs of shrimp and a separate 1lb of shrimp, when I started cooking I realized it and called the store but was told seafood department was closed, so my hubby didn't get his well deserved lobster tail with his Friday night meal. It may not seem big to you but I like to show my hubby how much we appreciate his hard work all week, on his last work day with his favorite meal!!!
- TTTHE TEXAN5 days ago1.0the cashier named DESIREE, I think there is another employee with the same name. therefore, so that i would not get them mixed up, let me be clear. this one is kind of short, straight hair, Hispanic girl ! she was very rude , disrespectful and even sarcastic! she made me very unwelcome and uncomfortable! needs a lot of training on customer service ! on the other hand, her supervisor named TAMARA was nice, patient and cooperative! overall, due to the cashier's mistreatment, i will be taking my business somewhere else where everyone is equally respected!

Litterally everyone working in bakery saw that i was there and nobody came to help. The looked up and then back down to continue whatever they were doing. This is not the first time this has happened either. You have to wait a while until the decide the finally want to help you.
