  I may need to get an HEB tattoo, I love this place so much. Huge selection, very clean, fresh food, welcoming staff, fast checkout with real human beings.

  Most H-E-B'S I deliver to are very professional, but this one has a girl that works in the back in the receiving department is horrible, she's rude , unprofessional, and has an attitude, she needs training about customer service and etiquette when it comes to dealing with people and not based on how you're feeling that day.. MANAGEMENT needs to have a talk to ASHLEY V...

  TAMEKA, the cashier assistant at Woodland Hills HEB, was rude and dismissive. I work in customer service and assist over 100 customers a day, so I understand the challenges. While she did assist, her tone was super dismissive. She sighed and seemed irritated when I asked for help. In the end, I didn’t want to tell her any further about the coupons because I was so upset by her reaction. I love going to this HEB, but employees like this make it difficult for shoppers.

  Selena, Wynter and Nikki are great assets for this location. Switched over from another pharmacy and been nothing but pleased with these ladies

  I shop at this location frequently since grand opening day, so I don’t think a bad rating overall is fair, and my experience has been great all other times I went in to select my own groceries. But it takes one time with a bad experience to completely turn someone away. This last time I did a curbside pick up, please let the employees know not to slam the trunk shut. I was startled at how hard she slammed my trunk. However, I had to throw away my groceries within a matter of days. They were rotten. I buy the same things all the time, I know how to store them and when to cook it. My wild caught shrimp was rancid the very next day. My ginger was rotten on the outside and inside within 10 days. I’ve never known ginger to rot that fast. My avocados rotten and brown inside within 1 week. I don’t know if the shopper just selected bad food or if they are not changing this out on the shelves. I was able to get a refund on the shrimps but this was very disappointing and a waste of time and money.
